Surprising gems in an ordinary stay

The hotel had a charming atmosphere, and the nearby bus stop made exploring Granada effortless. We enjoyed good meals at the restaurant .

The check-in process was a little frustrating, as there was insufficient parking available. Our room's heating didn't operate efficiently.

Altogether it was good value though.

Optimal for 1 night to visit the Alhambra.

I'm afraid the restaurant is a little expensive.

We really loved our stay! The room was spacious, and the terrace offered a grand view of the Sierra Nevada. Breakfast had a mighty spread, though watch out for the egg situation. a lovely place to rest before exploring.

Breakfast was very good. Staff very friendly. On request they always ordered a taxi for 5 persons!

I loved that the hotel was just a few steps from Puerta de la Alhambra and offered easy access to the beautiful Generalife gardens. The breakfast was extensive and tasty, which fueled my adventures throughout Granada.

Good location, public transport connections. Staff provide competent service at reception. Nice rooms. WIFI was excellent.

Air conditioner noise from the nearby buildings. Especially at night.

It's just a suitable option for exploring town in Granada with definitely value for money. The staff was fantastic and showed us the best local spots on a map, making our trip more enjoyable. Avoid the afternoons if you prefer a quieter atmosphere by the pool.

Comfortable hotel, modern design, spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Location is good, a bus stop near the hotel for the city center, the bus runs till 11 pm

Modern hotel that appeals more to business customers. Somewhat cool but generous and unfortunately also somewhat anonymous. Free parking for moped riders, top!

The spa doesn't deserve its name. Should rather be called dark cave with two water basins. The hammam was cold, there was no steam bath and overall the furnishings seemed uncomfortable. Too bad about 25 Euro per head. Not to be recommended. The breakfast buffet was so overpopulated that there was always a 10 meter queue at the coffee machine. So we decided not to have coffee.

Very nice Arabian Bathes. Good breakfast. Big underground parking. Very nice design of rooms.

Staff need to learn english :) Located far from the city center and public transport is very poor (1 time in 35 minutes %) ). In Spa flip-flops and swimming caps is obligatory so you need to pay for it additional 9 euro pro person. Staff in Spa don't know English at all. So you must be ready to use "Fingers Language" :)
